3/4” & 1/2” MDF with Metal Fasteners, Finished with White Paint 47” X 47”
Process:
A design is produced with a rendering in Illustrator and a full size template is printed.
2. The template is traced onto two pieces of 3/4” and 1/2” MDF. (Only a quarter of the design is needed.)
3. The pieces are cut out with a jigsaw and sanded smooth. Then, they are fitted and fastener holes are drilled.
4. The two pieces are primed, painted, fitted over the round mirror and fastened.
